- As a Catholic, I believe all people are essentially good. As a historian, I believe all people are essentially idiots. For years, I've tried to figure out why humans act in ways that are obviously not in their best interests. A few years ago I discovered the answer to the recurring question, Why'd they do that? And just as water is the universal solvent, I discovered the universal answer -- because they're idiots. My colleagues have tested this for two years, and it works 100% of the time -- try it yourself. My blog is dedicated to all those idiots out there.
